Policies

Check-in
Check-in time starts at 2:00 pm. If checking into a room or cabin, the door code will not be active until 2:00 pm on the day of check-in.

Check-out
Check-out time is by 11:00 am. To allow our staff time to clean and prepare the property for your enjoyment, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. If you plan to be in the area before check-in time or after check-out, there are public parking areas where you can leave your vehicles while enjoying the day.

Cancellations
Any cancellation will have a 6% processing fee. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to the 2:00 pm check-in on the expected arrival date will result in a cancellation fee of one night’s stay plus tax charged to the card on file. Any cancellation made after 2:00 pm on arrival day or any guest failing to show for a reservation with no cancellation phone call will be charged in full for the entire reservation. No refunds for early departure.

Event Weekend Reservations and Cancellations
Event weekends include but are not limited to Holidays, Mackay Rodeo (3rd weekend in June), Motorcycle Rodeo (1st weekend in July), and Mackay Days BBQ (3rd weekend in September). Any cancellation made less than 7 days prior to the stay will still be charged in full for the entire stay plus applicable tax.

Group Reservations
We welcome group reservations but require all members to confirm and pay their deposit to hold a room or RV site. A group reservation is defined as 3 or more rooms or RV sites. Groups require the first night paid in full for each room or site. Cancellations must be made 14 or more days prior to 2:00 pm on check-in day. Failure to cancel prior to 14 days will result in forfeiture of the deposit for the cancelled room(s). All group reservations are subject to management approval.

Extra Vehicles
All extra trailers or vehicles must be parked in the Extra Vehicle Parking Lots. No parking in empty RV spaces or two vehicles in front of a room. Extra parking is limited, so please consolidate vehicles when possible.

Office Hours
Available by phone for check-ins and reservations 24/7.

Quiet Hours
10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Laundry
Laundry facilities are available 24 hours a day. All machines require quarters. Please turn off lights and close the door when finished.

Anyone causing a disturbance or violating park rules will be asked to leave immediately. No refunds.

No vehicle washing on premises.

No vehicles or campers may be plugged in unless in authorized and designated areas.

While Mackay is a hunting and fishing community, please do not clean or dispose of your harvest on Wagon Wheel property.

Guests are responsible for damage to property. No rugs, tarps, tents, etc., are permitted on grass areas. No vehicles on grass areas.

Speed limit is 5 MPH.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Shipped Items
We are unable to accept packages for guests via any shipping or courier service or mail at the Post Office.

Pets
All animals must be leashed and may not be left unattended. Pets may not be left in a room or RV without the guest present. Please clean up after your pets.

Motel Rooms
Rooms have a maximum occupancy of 2 people per bed. For safety purposes, cots, air mattresses, or other sleeping surfaces are not allowed, except for a portable crib. Portable cribs or playpens are not allowed in Single Queen rooms due to space restrictions.
Please let us know if additional coffee, towels, or toiletries are needed.
Motel rooms and cabins are non-smoking. A minimum $300 cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file for any smoking in a room.
Rooms with kitchens include dishes for your convenience. Please wash dishes prior to check-out.

RV Sites
No generators allowed.
No tents, car camping, or utility trailer camping allowed.
Sewers must be sealed with a donut or other approved device.
Propane fire rings are allowed.
No homemade RVs. RVs must be certified. Only motorhomes, travel trailers, truck campers, and 5th wheels are allowed.
Rental RVs from private owners must be picked up by check-out time. The owner must leave contact information at the office before delivery of the RV.

This property is privately owned. The guest accepts use privileges with the understanding that they release the facility, its officers, and employees from all liability for loss or damage to property or injury arising out of use of the facility, and agree to indemnify the facility, its officers, and employees against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to any member of the family or guest of the registered guest arising out of use of the facilities.
